It's done in a Text Editor, but of course there are many Free Webpage editors available!

Well if you watched the video above, you've seen me hand coding a simple webpage. For many that's a little too much to learn and so here is a short review on some of the WebPage Editors available.
NVU
Pronounced "N-View" and stands for "New View" is a very comprehensive Web Authoring System which is Free and works on multiple Operating systems like Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
